UNILORIN, INSTITUTE OF EDUCATION OPENS 2025/2026 ADMISSION FOR PART-TIME/SANDWICH PROGRAMMES
The University of Ilorin, Institute of Education (I.O.E), has announced the commencement of admission into its undergraduate and sub-degree part-time programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session.
According to the information obtained by NEWMANSUB, the application portal officially opens on October 15, 2025, for the sale and submission of forms. The programmes are designed to provide flexible learning opportunities for working-class individuals and others seeking to upgrade their qualifications.
The Bachelor’s Degree Programmes available include B.A. (Ed.), B.Sc. (Ed.), and B.Ed. degrees in courses such as Arabic, Christian Studies, English, Yoruba, French, Biology, Business Education, Computer Science, Economics, Educational Technology, Physics, Mathematics, and Primary Education Studies, among others.
Similarly, the Sub-Degree Diploma Programmes are offered in Arabic Education, Human Kinetics and Health Education, Photography, Instructional Radio and Television Production, and Creative Arts.
The admission requirements specify that applicants must possess at least five O’Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in not more than two sittings. Holders of NCE, ND, OND, or equivalent qualifications are also eligible, depending on the programme of choice.
