About the Graduate Trainee Program
The 2025 Technical & Technical Support Graduate Trainee Program (Knowledge Transfer Programme) is designed for young, vibrant, and enthusiastic graduates eager to make a difference in the cement manufacturing industry.
This 18-month structured program will give participants the opportunity to:
- Learn and grow in a global business environment.
- Work closely with highly skilled professionals across cement plants and locations.
- Gain hands-on practical experience in operations, engineering, and technical support functions.
- Expand knowledge and develop skills required to succeed in the manufacturing sector.
- Make a meaningful contribution to the organization while building a strong career foundation.
Responsibilities
As a Graduate Trainee, you will be involved in:
- Learning and retaining knowledge from senior professionals.
- Job shadowing and cross-training across departments.
- Conducting research, data analysis, and report writing.
Requirements
To qualify, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Technical Roles: First Degree/Higher Diploma in Chemical, Production, Mining Engineering, Geological Sciences, Laboratory Sciences, or Biochemistry.
- Technical Support Roles: First Degree/Higher Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Power Engineering disciplines.
- Minimum of Second-Class Lower or HND Upper Credit.
- Must have graduated between 2022 and 2024.
- Must have completed NYSC by October 2025.
- Must be 28 years or younger as of October 31, 2025.
