About the Role
You’ll work with a talented, pragmatic team of engineers and researchers to build high-performance data infrastructure that processes terabytes of streaming and batch data daily. This role combines problem-solving, technical creativity, and real-world impact in the fast-moving world of Web3.
What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and scale robust data pipelines using ClickHouse and dbt.
- Collaborate with engineers, researchers, and PMs to shape data modeling and architecture.
- Ensure data reliability, observability, and quality across large-scale systems.
- Use AI-powered tools (Cursor, MCPs, LLMs) to automate workflows and enhance productivity.
- Tackle complex, evolving data challenges in the blockchain ecosystem.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience building and scaling data systems in production.
- Strong skills in SQL and Python, plus experience with dbt, ClickHouse, or BigQuery.
- Familiarity with streaming architectures and large-scale data processing.
- Curiosity about crypto, blockchain data, or Web3 technologies.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort in a remote, async team.
